Haldeman-Homme, Inc., is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is now established in a seven state area including Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota, North Dakota and Nebraska and has approximately 150 employees.
We offer only the highest quality products and service. Our clientele include contractors, architects, health care facilities, colleges and universities. We provide design, sales and service of laboratory equipment, classroom and science casework, athletic flooring, material handling and storage equipment, filing systems and software, and technology education equipment and curriculum.
Our corporation continues to grow in value with revenue expected to reach $50,000,000.00 in our current fiscal year. This revenue growth is a result of our employee stock ownership plan. A full time employee’s stock account receives annually from the corporation up to 25% of his or her yearly salary. As a result this plan enables us to attract and retain dedicated staff.
Employee ownership means greater employee commitment, which in turn, means more satisfied customers. Also, to maintain our high quality, we employ approximately seventy journeymen carpenters for final installation and service. This results in increased customer satisfaction while growing our customer base. Our professional sales staff is trained in product information and provides CAD layouts, estimating and project management.
In addition to our Minneapolis showrooms, we are complemented in both Chicago and Des Moines with offices and showrooms.
