Minneapolis Central Public Library
The Challenge
The Minneapolis Central Library houses the most unique literature resource collection in the Upper Midwest. The rising demand and changing of times required the city of Minneapolis to erect an entirely new building to serve as a gateway to accommodate any visitors, regardless of their needs.
The Solution
To compliment the
architectural masterpiece, Haldeman-Homme provided design,
shelving, and logistical work to make the process run smoothly.
36 miles worth of Spacesaver High Density Mobile Storage and
stationary shelving was put in place. Haldeman-Homme was there
throughout the entire process to assist in keeping this project
on track.
The Results
The solution provided by Haldeman-Homme
helped the city of Minneapolis save money and make more
efficient use of their new space. The Minneapolis Central Library is now a community gathering place and downtown destination for residents and tourists alike.
