During his 65 years with Haldeman Homme, the company expanded from 4 employees to more than 175. Because of Jack’s leadership, the company is, today, a full service supplier of industry-leading quality products, in addition to providing design, construction, project management, installation & maintenance services. These products encompass laboratory equipment, classroom & science furniture, athletic flooring & equipment, storage systems, software, and more. Jack is also remembered for unselfishly giving his company to his employees through a profit-sharing program. Haldeman Homme is 100% employee-owned because Jack believed that “It is the dedicated employees that make it successful. They should share in the company’s success.”
