Haldeman Homme, Inc. Helps National Banking Client Stay Organized with New Storage Systems
Haldeman Homme, Inc. worked with a national banking client to expand their storage space. The bank was out of space at their current facility and needed to expand in a very tight time frame. The solution to increase capacity involved providing four new Montel mobile storage systems that saved the bank 80% of the floor space over traditional static shelving. The new system gives staff enough access to documents while providing space for future growth.
High-density storage is needed in the vault in order to accommodate large client acquisitions while offering current clients more capacity. The Haldeman Homme, Inc. team serviced the project from the beginning to the end by providing design and budget assistance, installation, and project management. The bank’s Vault Manager tells HHI, “Your team hit it out of the park on this project.”
Project management was key in the success of this project because of the time constraint. A phased schedule was created to accommodate other trades working onsite throughout the installation process. The HHI project management team worked through all stages of the project beginning with order entry, to delivery schedules of 8 truckloads of material, and management of a compressed installation schedule where crews worked long days and weekends to complete each phase on time. The project took six weeks to complete, finishing in March 2017.
