The Silver ESOP Awards recognize companies for their work in sustaining their ESOP for 25 years or more. The ESOP Association is the national trade association for companies with employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) and the leading voice in America for employee ownership.
Based in Minneapolis, Haldeman-Homme, Inc. is an employee owned sales company specializing in capital equipment and hardwood flooring in the educational, healthcare, commercial and residential markets. Haldeman-Homme, Inc. is 100% employee owned and annually has contributed a full 25% of base salaries to each employee account. The company remains current with it’s repurchase liability and has distributed close to $9,000,000 to its retired and departed employees in the past twelve years.
