Commander PC Troubleshooting & Repair Training System

No student prerequisites - courseware teaches everything the student needs. All required tools and equipment are included in 56250 PC Service Tool Set. A powerful multimedia PC combines with hands-on training to offer a course that teaches students how to service PCs and prepares them for the A+ Certification Test.
 

PC Troubleshooting & Repair Training
Students learn how IBM compatible PCs work and how to service them. Two well-illustrated student manuals (540+ pages each) include step-by-step instructions, quizzes, pre- and post-tests, and more. Teaches logical problem-solving processes using generic troubleshooting charts that can be adapted to any PC. Practice tests both A+ exams are included with each trainer. The educational experience consists of 4 phases.

PHASE 1 - Trainer Assembly & Introduction to Computers
Students learn how PCs and components work, how to install, configure & use hardware, Windows 98/2000, application software, the internet, and much more.

PHASE 2 - Analyzing & Diagnosing Computer Problems
Teaches problem analysis, diagnostic methods, use of test equipment and diagnostic software.

PHASE 3 - Assessing Student Troubleshooting Skills
Instructor inserts student-transparent faults to verify student competency.

PHASE 4 - Preparing for the Next Class
The school selects the Build & Keep path (student takes Trainer home) or the Recycle path (reuse trainer).
